Micronic NA, a supplier of DNA storage sample equipment changed its name to better reflect its growth and increased selection of products. The Micronic name is also continuing as a product that would continue to be sold by the new company, Nova Biostorage+.
In addition to changing the name, the new company would take on a new market position… not the extension of a manufacturer, but a service and solution company serving the research community.

Genius Marketing worked with Nova to develop a brand that embodied its new market position and a communications strategy to inform the market of the change and the resulting benefits to customers. The branding work included a new logo and tagline with elements that connected with the end user – research scientists who want to get results.
We also developed a new website with eCommerce, which has resulted in online sales of replacement supplies to purchases of new equipment costing thousands of dollars.
